A consultant's report on improving operations at the Renaissance Grand & Suite Hotel expects occupancy and revenue declines for the hotel through the end of the year.

The Jones Lang LaSalle report, issued to bondholders March 16, projects occupancy at the 1,083-room hotel at 800 Washington Avenue will decrease 9.1 percent in 2009, to less than 60 percent, with revenue per room declining 15 percent, or $12.
